Interesting – I'd love to see a list of top 10 healthiest cruise ships. Cruise lines are giving passengers plenty of opportunities to relax, rejuvenate, and get fit during their cruise. I'm happy to read how these hotels are making health and wellness a top priority – especially for stressed planners and meeting attendees! It would be interesting to compile a "top 10" list of healthiest cruise ships – with 24-hour fitness facilities, expanded spas, lifestyle/wellness programs and nutritious meals, a meeting at sea is a healthy option.
